Language
All children’s classes are currently offered in English only. Students will be asked to learn prayers in English to be able to pray with the rest of their class. We feel it is wonderful if children are also able to pray in a different language and will accept prayers in native languages for Sacramental Preparation discernments but ask that students also work on learning prayers in English for participation with their peers.
Safe Environment
All our catechists and volunteers over the age of 18 have been trained and certified through the Diocesan Virtus Safe Environment program. Safe Environment training encourages and reinforces a culture of awareness, knowledge and vigilance in protecting children and vulnerable adults within our parish.
