In this vital ministry our Eucharistic Ministers bring the Blessed Sacrament to parishioners who are no longer able to attend Mass and to Catholics in local nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The goal of this ministry is to be present to those who are unable to be present with us at the Eucharistic Table.  Our ministers travel every Sunday morning after the 8AM Mass throughout our Parish to visit these folks.
