Rev. Reehan Soosai Antony, SAC, or Father Reehan, as he's known by his parishioners, is a religious priest of the Society of the Catholic Apostolate (Latin: Societas Apostolatus Catholici, abbreviated SAC), a community founded by St. Vincent Pallotti. He was ordained to the priesthood seventeen years ago on May 2, 2008. Originally from the Southern part of India, Father Reehan has been assigned in the Diocese of Fort Worth since 2013 and became pastor of St. Ann on August 1, 2022.
What Father Reehan most loves about our parish is that St. Ann is a loving and caring community. It is a very generous community.
Father Reehan is passionate about guiding our St. Ann youth and young adults to take on an active role in the parish and about encouraging vocations to the priesthood from within our parish. When he is not celebrating the sacraments, meeting with parishioners & volunteers, visiting the homebound, or thinking of new ministries to begin at St. Ann, you can find him playing cornhole, pickleball, cricket, or ping pong.
A scripture verse that Father Reehan finds strength & encouragement from is: "I came that they may life, and have it abundantly" (Jn 10: 10).
Feel free to reach out to Father Reehan should you wish to speak with him simply to introduce yourself if you are new, or to bring to him any questions or concerns. You can always find him in the back of the church after Mass, or you can call the office to schedule an appointment.
Please keep Father Reehan in your prayers, especially with the intercession of St. Anthony of Padua, St. Vincent Pallotti and St. Ann, as he shepherds our St. Ann Parish community.
